Progress Update for 10/29/21

Hey everyone, here's this week's progress report. 


I've been making a fair bit of progress on Succuquest. In the Live Updates version of the game, I've moved a few things around to flow better, and added a new sub-area to the caverns. As well, I've been working on adding a new area with a haunted forest and mansion. 

I have heard back from the UI artist between the last post and now. from the sounds of it, it's basically finished and they are just working on double checking everything. Hopefully they actually send it soon so I can get started on AH's UI update. 

Spiral Clicker's next update cycle will be starting up in the next couple of days. I will mostly be wrapping up writing for characters who don't have their stories written yet. If I get Boomer's final CG in time, she will be added to the game in this update, if not it should definitely be ready for the next update. 

I think that's about all for now. I will continue working in the meantime.

Progress Updated for 10/25/21

Hey everyone, 

I lost track of time, so, sorry about the late post. For the most part, I've been focused on spiral clicker and Succuquest. There were several strange bugs with Spiral Clicker in this release, but I think I am getting them eliminated. I am a little slower on bug fixes than usual though, as my new computer depends on a fairly weak USB wifi adapter that overheats when doing big uploads. 

For Succuquest, I have been working on building out the new area to be added. It's a haunted forest with an equally haunted mansion within. If she can exorcise the undead from the mansion, she will be able to claim it for her own, and use it as a base to keep her personal hero harem in. 

Spiral Clicker is still approaching feature complete, and it is still planned to switch over to Adventure High having monthly updates once it does. The animations for the last mini-game of the final special area are taking a bit longer than I expected though. I have now about a third of the animations I need to begin assembling the minigame. 

I haven't heard from the artist doing the adventure high UI for a couple weeks, but they had said they were nearly finished the last time we spoke. I am hopeful they will deliver soon, so I can begin assembling it into the game.

Progress Update for 10/8/21

 Hey everyone, here's my update for the week.

Spiral clicker was off to a bit of a slow start unfortunately. I just finished the first new feature of the live updates and am currently uploading it now. I got a new computer, and it seems to be having some issues unfortunately which has slowed my ability to get things done. I have added one new character to this update though at least. 

I started live updates for Succuquest earlier, and have a couple of new enemies programmed, but they are not yet implemented. I am planning to do some refining and tweaking, then will begin to introduce the new area to the game. 

I think that's all the news for this week, so I will try to get back to work as quickly as I can for the rest of this dev cycle.
